Susan Daniel and Bobby Daniel collaborated with the idea of starting a 100% Minority Woman owned construction company in 2018. Susan grew up in the construction industry with her family. Bobby has been in the construction Industry for 35 years. Susan retired from the Sasol Corporation after 25 years in the petrochemical logistics industry. Daniel Lopez Builders was formed. Building with a diverse workforce, the strength to manage multiple tasks and troubleshooting, innovation to solve problems and create solutions. The three core values of Diversity Strength and Innovation became the essence of the company.
